Vasundhara resort is situated in Vayalar, Kerala, an area also known as 'Gods own country'. The resorts is a five star property with 66 cottages and will be run by the Sarovar group.

Mr. Krishnaprasad from the company, Sukruta, convinced Mr. Sreeganesh, the resort's plumbing consultant, about the performance of the Solahart solar hybird-solar with heat pump combination in conditions like Kerala where the weather is hot and humid and it rains for 4-5 months a year.

The life time running cost of the system was as important as the initial cost of equipment. a detailed cost benefit analysis was conducted and recommended the installation of a 3500 DBS with 8 LC collectors and 2 X 20 kW heat pumps.

The system is currently being installed at the site and is the first Solahart Solar Hybird order for Sukruta. Sukruta has since received four more orders for similiar systems in South India. The success in conversion is due to the Sukruta team's confidence in Solahart, their technical ability in designing and convincing the customer on the benefits and features of Solahart Hybird Systems.
