Last year the owner of Solahart St. Maarten, Ian Thrings, sold 8 x 302 L systems to a new extension of the Pasangrahan Hotel in Philipsburg, the capital of St. Maarten.
The island of St. Maarten is the smallest mass in the world to be shared by two different nations-France and the Netherlands. The hotel is located on one of the main beaches in the middle of town and the extension encompasses 19 rooms, 3 shops at ground level, offices and a penthouse.
John Regis and his team installed the units last May and the hotel plans to open in September this year. The Solahart systems will give the hotel guests plenty of hot water as St. Maarten is close to the equator and has very steady solar radiation all year round.
Ian has been running Solahart for over 25 years now and has achieved many successess on the island in both residential and large commercial installations.
Ian and John, job well done
